Congratulations on registering for an event with Remian Diagnostics! You've taken an important step in advancing your professional development, and we're excited to have you.
So, what happens next? On the day of the event, joining the live webinar is simple. Here’s your guide to a smooth and successful meeting.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
On the day of the webinar, your first step is to log in to your Remian Diagnostics account. Your account is the gateway to all your confirmed events and meeting links.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Dashboard
Once you are logged in, click on your name or the "My Dashboard" link in the navigation bar. This is your personal hub, which lists all the webinars you are registered for.
Step 3: Find Your Confirmed Webinar
On your dashboard, you will see a list of your upcoming webinars. Look for the event you're ready to join. It should have a green "Confirmed" status.
Next to the status, you will see the "Join Meeting" button.
Step 4: Join the Meeting
This is the most important step. There are two possibilities:
If You Are Early: If you click "Join Meeting" before the host (the admin) has officially started the session, you will be directed to a "Meeting Has Not Started" page. This is perfectly normal! It just means you're prepared. You can refresh this page, and it will let you in as soon as the meeting goes live.
When the Meeting is Live: Once the host starts the webinar, your "Join Meeting" button will take you directly into the live meeting room.
A quick tip: We recommend logging in 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is working correctly.
Step 5: Inside the Meeting
Welcome! You are now in the live webinar. As an audience member, your microphone and video are disabled by default to ensure a clear presentation for everyone.
You can actively participate by:
Using the Chat: Open the chat panel to ask the host questions or interact with other professionals.
Viewing the Presentation: The host's video or screen share will be the main focus.
Going Fullscreen: To see the presentation slides clearly, click the "Full" button in the control bar to make the presentation fill your entire screen.
Step 6: After the Webinar
Your attendance is important. Our system automatically tracks the time you spend in the meeting. This information will be used to generate your attendance percentage, which you can find in the "Manage Registrations" section of your staff dashboard for your records.
That's it! We're committed to making professional development as accessible as possible. If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out via our "Contact Us" form.
We look forward to seeing you there!
