2. Our Services

Remian Diagnostics provides a dedicated platform for the continuing professional development (CPD) of medical laboratory professionals. This includes live and recorded webinars, educational blogs, professional notices, and interactive chat features during meetings. We also provide attendance tracking for professional credit purposes.

3. Registration and Payments

All webinars require formal registration. For paid sessions, your spot is only confirmed upon successful payment via M-Pesa. Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES). For free webinars, confirmation is issued immediately upon submission of the registration form.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your participation in a paid webinar, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. In the rare event that Remian Diagnostics cancels or reschedules a webinar, participants will be offered a full refund or credit for a future session.

5. Professional Conduct

Users must interact with the platform respectfully and professionally. Prohibited actions include harassing other participants, using chat features for spam or solicitation, and sharing discriminatory content. You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute any webinar materials or slides without our explicit written permission. Additionally, accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. We reserve the right to remove any user or terminate accounts for conduct violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including presentations, videos, and logos, remains the exclusive property of Remian Diagnostics. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view this content for your personal and professional development only.

7. Attendance and CPD Credits

We monitor attendance during live webinars to calculate participation time and percentages for CPD verification. While we provide this data for your records, it is your responsibility to ensure that your specific professional governing body recognizes the CPD points offered for each session.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. All content is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Remian Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.
